Shipping Policy

Empire Noire ships from Sweden to the entire EU. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your country, contact us at empirenoire08@gmail.com before ordering.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During sales and peak season, processing may take slightly longer — if so, we'll let you know on the website.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders over 999 kr ship free within Sweden.

When your package ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery with the carrier.

Deliveries within the EU are generally free of customs duties and fees. If we ship to a country outside the EU, you as the customer are responsible for any customs, VAT and other import fees, unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for making sure the delivery address is correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at empirenoire08@gmail.com. Once the package has left us, we can't guarantee the address can be changed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected, we may charge a new shipping fee for repacking and resending.

If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll sort it out with the carrier. Please inspect the package on arrival. If it's damaged, take photos of both the package and the product and contact us within 7 days — we'll resolve it with a replacement or a refund.
